Bio

Born in Queens and raised in Brooklyn from the age of six, Anthony was brought up under the culinary guidance of one of the most exceptional cooks he can remember—his loving mother. He fondly recalls chilly afternoons coming home from school to find homemade tomato soup paired with perfectly golden grilled cheese. From an early age, Anthony’s interest in cooking was sparked by these comforting meals. He spent countless Sundays watching PBS, captivated by culinary legends such as Julia Child, Yan Can Cook, The Frugal Gourmet, and Jacques Pépin.

Unbeknownst to Anthony, his mother was laying the foundation for his future career, as he spent his formative years helping to prepare meals and learning the art of cooking. His true passion for the culinary world emerged when he formally entered the industry in the early 2010s.

Over the years, Anthony has honed his craft in some of Manhattan’s most prestigious dining establishments. He worked at the renowned Tavern on the Green in Central Park and the iconic Tribeca Grill, co-owned by the legendary Robert De Niro. Anthony also gained invaluable experience working with Michelin-starred Chef Hooni Kim, a trailblazer in Korean cuisine, and spent time with The Dinex Group, working under the illustrious Daniel Boulud, a culinary titan of our time.
