Our meals are delivered and transported in thermal insulation tote bags for hot and cold foods. Meals are individually packaged in recyclable, microwave-safe containers to ensure freshness and convenience.
Meals are designed as single servings with balanced portions of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables set to our standard.
WYD Fresh will be delivering our own delivery/transport service.
Our meals stay fresh for an average of 5 days when refrigerated at 40 degrees or below. All meals have been processed to the specifications of the New York City Dept. of Health standards. Do not freeze any items.
Yes we offer meals options for various dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto and paleo diets. Please specify your preferences when ordering. Please email [email protected] if your dietary options are not available.
Yes, There may be a minimum order amount to qualify for delivery. Please refer to our ordering page for specific details.
While we offer set menu options, you may have the ability to customize certain
aspects like side dishes or exclude specific ingredients due to allergies.
